Exhaust fan

The ventilation / exhaust fan is located in the laundry room. Use the wall button to control the fan. Fan speed: 1 = low, 2 = medium, 3 = high. Please switch off after use.

Garbage can be disposed of in the nearby street containers in the Estepona Golf area. Please empty the bins before you leave. Also see picture and FAQ question: Where can I dispose of my garbage?

hot water heater

The hot water heater provides enough hot water for normal use. If several people shower consecutively, the hot water may temporarily run out and the boiler will need some time to reheat.

3 access keys: 1 key for the apartment, 1 key for the pedestrian gate, 1 remote control for the vehicle gate. Press the button on the remote control to open the gate, it closes automatically.

You can park your car in private parking space number 61, located within the Sunny Golf community.
